We are in the process of completing the documentation relative to the eventual sale of newly renovated suites and condos at the Château.

We have recently completed the full renovation of 2 mezzanine condo units on the 6th floor and 3 model suites on the 5th floor. These units were completely gutted to the concrete floors/walls and reconstructed to modern standards in a very contemporary style.

These major renovations are based on a new floor plan, new heat-pump heating/ventilation system, new bathrooms and kitchen/kitchenettes areas, flat screen TV’s, modern contemporary furniture and appliances. The plans/design was completed by the renowned design-architectural firm Lemay Michaud.

We are still finalizing the price estimates for this project but expect to sell the units on the basis of approximately 310-375 $ per square ft, taxes and fees not included.

On the 6th floor, we have renovated a double mezzanine unit into a two bedroom condo (approximately 1,200 ft ) and a one bedroom room mezzanine condo unit (approximately 800 ft) These two luxury units offer a full kitchen with dining area, living room with sofa (hide a bed) fireplace, flat screen TV's with a modern sound system. These units renovated by Lemay Michaud are fully furnished with washer/dryer.

We expect to pursue the renovations of the 6th floor into a VIP floor with controlled access, renovated hallways and elevator entrance this fall. This VIP floor will accommodate 6 double unit mezzanine condos and 16 single unit mezzanine condos.

On the 5th floor, we have renovated with the same Lemay Michaud design, a one suite unit into a two queen bedroom with new heating/ventilation, bathroom and kitchenettes (approximately 550 ft) and two suites into one king bedrooms with sofa (hide a bed )in approximately 400 ft.

We expect to proceed with the 5th floor renovations in Blocs A & B, under the 6th floor, as per the model suites in the fall of this year. This floor can accommodate 12 King suites and 16 double queen suites.

These would be for sale as condo units sharing common costs and with appropriate fees for the full services of the hotel. The units would be for resident owners but could be rented by the Château.
